Every Broke Ranch hat is stitched, packed, and shipped by our family — not a warehouse line.

Because of that, we ask for a little grace.

Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days.

Why?
Because every patch is stitched by us (and yes — the kids help too). From embroidery to quality check to packaging, we handle it ourselves.

Good work takes intention.

Handling time is the number of business days it takes us to prepare your order after payment has cleared. This does not include shipping transit time.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our hands.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on carrier and destination.

  • Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package is in transit.
