Because every hat is packed with intention and shipped from our family to yours, we offer a 15-day exchange window from the day your order is delivered.

 

We do not offer refunds. We offer exchanges only within 15 days of delivery.

 

Exchanges

If something isn’t quite right, you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

 

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unworn and unused

  • In the original packaging

  • Packing slip included

 

We inspect every return. If it doesn’t come back in original condition, we can’t process the exchange.

If approved, we’ll send you:

  • A return shipping label

  • Clear instructions on where and how to send it back

Please don’t send items back without contacting us first — they won’t be accepted.
